Love You Brunches nail polish starts with a deep violet base amplified by silver reflective glitters. A bold shimmer shows off shades of copper and vibrant magenta, while other angles and lighting show traces of tarnished gold and bronze. Beautiful!
I ordered four reflectives recently and this was probably the one I was the least excited to wear out of that order, but when I swatched all of them, this was my favorite of the blue reflectives. I am wearing it right now and it's sooo pretty! The other blue shades I ordered are Novel Idea and Tapped Out. They're both really pretty too, but this one has the most dimension due to the contrasting color of the base vs the reflective glitters.

Color is beautiful, polish is too thick
It took two tries to make this work. First time, I applied Fillin' Groovy casecoat, then two coats of polish, then KBShimmer Clearly on Top. Absolutely beautiful color, but such a thick formula. I had shaken the bottle a while but it was gloppy. Had to dip the brush a couple times on some nails. Let the whole shebang dry for 20+ minutes after the top coat until it was absolutely dry to the touch. I pressed down on my thumbnail and everything slid right off, as though it were a peel polish.
Cleaned everything up (at least with the peel-offs, it was fast clean up!). Then tried again. This time, I put one coat of Mooncat's Getting Even Nail Primer, then spent quite a while rolling the Love You Brunches bottle around, gently shaking it. The first run through, even though the polish had been thick, it laid down a smooth layer. This second time around, the polish was gritty -- and still super thick. I only used one coat on the second attempt, since it did give full coverage. After 10 minutes, I applied KBShimmer's Clearly on Top. Waited 20 minutes. No peeling this time, but the finish is still quite gritty.
I'll probably add some nail thinner and keep trying; I love the color and the look of the shimmery polish.
