KBShimmer Tulip To Apologize is a fun, shimmery nail polish with a hidden feature; it glows in the dark! This delicate pink jelly polish is loaded with golden shimmer, making it appear a peachy salmon. When charged by the sun, this shade glows purple. Under blacklight, it reveals a more blue-toned glow, while indoor lighting may charge this polish to glow a pale white over and extended period of time, we do not find that led lighting provides a strong glow. Two to three coats provide full coverage for most. This polish dries textured, so follow with Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top for a glass-like finish.
