Shipping & Handling

We ship all orders via both FedEx and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and rates as set by either company. Shipping notifications are sent to you using your provided email, and are sent through either Stamps.com or FedEx. Orders will have a delivery confirmation or customs number that may provide tracking information. We would love to control the shipping companies, but since we can not, the time from when your order leaves our hand and when it gets to you, is up to them. If you feel your order has exceeded a reasonable amount of time to arrive, please contact us.

If you order is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyers expense or order refunded minus shipping costs.

Order over $250 will be upgraded to Fedex free of charge and ship with signature required for your protection.

International Orders

We can not ship nail polish outside of the US, including APO AE, APO AP, etc. Please visit Harlow & Co  or Live Love Polish for International shipping.

If you chose to use a freight forwarding service, please be aware that many will not accept nail polish, and we are not responsible for return postage if your service refused the package.  Boxes may be marked ORM-D.  If a forwarding service returns a package, the purchase price, minus shipping will be refunded.  Borderlinx/DHL does not accept nail polish.


KBShimmer is happy to take PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Credit cards are processed when the order is placed.

Credit card declined?  Make sure that you enter the billing address of the card exactly how it appears on the statement along with ensuring you enter the three digit code from the back of the card correctly.  Those not matching are the two most common reasons for cards to be declined.

Returns, Damaged Items, Missing Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery confirmation as provided via either USPS or FedEx.  Please include your order number and shipping information that was on your order.

Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final, please confirm your order before submitting. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or a KBShimmer product. When contacting us, please include your order number and date the order was placed.

Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items

Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen.  If we are unable to fill part of your order we will contact you via email or phone within 3 business days.  If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within stated shipping times.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Vegan?  Vegetarian?

KBShimmer nail polish, sugar scrubs,whipped shea butters and cuticle oil pens are all vegan, containing no animal products or by-products.  KBShimmer lotions are vegetarian, containing beeswax and honey.  KBShimmer soaps do contain lard and tussiah silk, and may contain goat’s milk and honey, and therefore are not vegan or vegetarian.

Storage & Product Tips

For best results –

Soap: Please store soap in a cool dry location when not in use. During use, keep bar dry between washings to help the bar last longer. Soap with vanilla in the scent may darken over time and lather tan or brown; this is normal.

Scrubs, Lotions & Whipped Butters: Jarred products are packed by weight. During the warmer months, scrubs and whipped butters exposed to heat may settle in the jar as they are designed to melt at body temperature. This is normal and will not effect results. If any oil appears on the top, stir to combine and place in a cool area to harden. Do not introduce water into the jars, this will shorten shelf life of product. Lotions are slightly whipped for texture, and are packed by weight, not volume. Do not introduce water into product, this will shorten shelf life.

Nail Polish: Please remember that colors can appear different on different computer screens.  We do our best to ensure pictures are a match to the real thing but colors to vary depending on monitors.  Each batch is made by hand, and slight variances may occur.  Please roll or shake polish before use. Some settling is normal, as is some separation of color over time; all polish should be shaken frequently to prevent this. Polishes with a large amount of glitter may appear thick, this is normal. Polish thinner can be added as needed. Some larger/longer glitters can develop a curve over time, especially bar glitter or larger squares. This slight curve should not prevent application to the nail. I do suggest a base coat and a quality top coat like our Clearly On Top for the best wear and smoothest feel for your nails.  For easy removal, Google the foil removal method.
