Shipping & Handling
Orders ship from our Terre Haute, IN location to the shipping address provided on the order within 7-10 business days via your selected shipping method of USPS or FedEx. Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via the most economical method from USPS or FedEx. Orders over $250 may include signature confirmation.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will be refunded once received by our warehouse, minus the cost of shipping. If you provide an incorrect address, and your order has already shipped, the post office may be able to redirect it, for a fee. Please contact the post office for information on redirecting or intercepting packages.
International Orders
We cannot ship nail polish outside of the US, including APO AE, APO AP, etc. Please visit our Locations Page for international shipping options.
If you choose to use a freight forwarding service, please be aware that many will not accept nail polish, and we are not responsible for return postage if your service refuses the package. Boxes may be marked ORM-D. If a forwarding service returns a package, the purchase price, minus shipping will be refunded. Borderlinx/DHL does not accept nail polish.
Payment
KBShimmer is happy to accept PayPal and major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) payments. Credit cards are processed when the order is placed.

Returns, Damaged or Defective Items, Missing Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation provided by either USPS or FedEx. We will be unable to provide refunds without a picture or return. Please include your order number and the shipping information on your order.
We cannot accept returns of used polish or bath and body products. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or any KBShimmer product. When contacting us, please include your order number and the date the order was placed.
All of our nail polish ingredients are tested for at least six months (sometimes more) before we use them in our polish. We guarantee all of our polish and products for 12 months to the original buyer. If a product is found to be defective (fading, morphing, curling, extreme sinking, etc) within 12 months of purchase, we will provide store credit upon return of the product. We are unable to offer returns for products beyond that period. Please see individual notes in listings for any known issues.
Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items
Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen. If we are unable to fill part of your order, we will contact you via email or phone within three business days. If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within the stated shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Animal Testing? Vegan? Vegetarian?
KBShimmer does not test any of our products on animals or purchase supplies that have been tested on animals. KBShimmer products, including nail polish, sugar scrubs, lotions, mani shots, cuticle creams and cuticle oil pens are all vegan, containing no animal products or by-products. We are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
Storage & Product Tips
Scrubs & Lotions: Jarred products are packed by weight. During the warmer months, scrubs and whipped butters exposed to heat may settle in the jar as they are designed to melt at body temperature. This is normal and will not affect results. If any oil appears on the top, stir to combine and place in a cool area to harden. Lotions are slightly whipped for texture, and are packed by weight, not volume. Do not introduce water into product containers as this will shorten shelf life.
Nail Polish: Please remember that colors can appear differently on different computer screens. We do our best to ensure pictures are a match to the real thing, but colors do vary depending on monitors. Each batch is made by hand, so slight variances may occur. Please roll or shake polish before use. Some settling is normal, as is some separation of color over time; all polish should be shaken frequently to prevent this. Polishes with a large amount of glitter may appear thick, which is normal. Polish thinner can be added as needed, especially to older polishes. I do suggest a base coat and a quality top coat like our Clearly On Top for the best wear and smoothest feel on your nails. For easy removal, Google the foil removal method. Do not use near open flame. Keep away from heat, sparks or flame. Do not use while smoking. Keep away from small children. Polish is NOT for internal consumption. Please use in well-ventilated areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
