There is no better way to describe this polish. It's packed with those holo glow flakes which I adore, the color shifts to beautiful shades of blue, and there's a purple shimmer that practically glows when caught in the right light. The formula is smooth and easy to apply too.

I can't stop staring at my fingers, this is so pretty. The blue itself is fantastic, and I can definitely catch flashes of lilac at certain angles. The flakies just add more depth. The formula is great, and I got full coverage in two coats.
