The first coat goes on quite sheer, but don't let this fool you. I had full opacity in three coats. It was decidedly gloopy especially toward the third coat (and I close the bottle between coats) so some people may wish to thin it slightly. I think the copper glitters are a beautiful contrast against the blue, and add a lot of subtle complexity to the polish.

At first glance this is simply a pretty blue but when you see those copper and blue micro glitters, that is when you can focus on how pretty the shade of the base is. As per usual the formula is silky smooth.
