Galaxies swirl with planets, stars, dust and dark matter. Universal Appeal is a galaxy-inspired shade alive like the Milky Way, with hues of purple and pink that shift into a vibrant emerald green. At some angles, hints of golden orange or dusty silver also appear. Micro holo flakes add sparkle and shine to this magnetic flake top coat. Best worn over black or other dark colors when used with a strong magnet, Universal Appeal can also be worn alone in 2-3 coats when not magnetized for a unique multichrome finish.

KBShimmer Magnetic Multichrome and Duochrome polishes are a fun way to bring a unique and nearly 3D effect to your nails. With the use of the KBShimmer magnet, a linear design will appear, drying to a beautiful, shifty pattern on your nails.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prep nails with KBShimmer Basic Training or Fillin’ Groovy Base Coat.
2. Apply 1 coat over black or another dark color polish
3. Immediately after application, hold magnet 1/4 inch away from nail at an angle. Hold magnet over nail for 15-30 seconds.
4. The longer and closer you hold the magnet over the polish, the more pronounced the pattern will be.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 with every nail.
6. Finish with KBShimmer Clearly On Top quick-dry top coat. Again, hold magnet over nail for 15-30 seconds after top coat application.
7. As polish dries, pattern will spread out. The longer you hold the magnet when drying, the less it will spread.

I love the emerald green of this paint, and that it shifts to purple. I’ve used KB Shimmer’s magnets to try and get the same effect pictured online, but I think it must take some practice to figure out how to use the magnets. I never see a pronounced pattern

I sat down with this polish and my magnets just practicing. I painted a swatch and then used the magnets to see which one did what to the polish. I had about 12 swatches on my mat, and then I went to get a drink. On the way back, I could see the swatches and they looked pink. I took a step closer and they started turning purple, another step and they were green. When I passed them and looked back they were teal!
This polish is truly amazing!

This is my first foray into magnetic polishes and I absolutely love it. I bought KBShimmer's dual ended magnet to go with and tried out the polish today. I followed the instructions and got a really really cool finish! The duo chrome shift is so cool and so vivid, and my magnetic effect turned out really nicely with holding it as close as I could to the wet polish for about 20 seconds. I was so enamored with this polish already, then went out to play with my kids and saw it in the sun and realized it also has holo glitters! It is SO amazing. Also love the smooth formula, the rounded brush and the fast drying.

This is a beautiful polish on it's own and worth the purchase for that alone. However, the magnetic affect is not very pronounced and nothing like the picture displayed. My polish primarily looks green. I kept checking the label to make sure I received the right color. However, I don't regret my purchase because it is very pretty.
