Scratch That Nail Polish Topper
Purchase
Well-worn notebooks and grocery sack-covered textbooks were incomplete without black ink-scratched doodles, symbols, drawings, and letters decorating their blank surfaces. Whether it was the famous S, random quotes, or a crush’s name, if there was a blank space, bored students would find a way to fill it.
Scratch That is a nod to those doodles of yesteryear. A mix of black shred, dot, mini star, and hex glitters combine to create a doodle-like look best worn over crème polishes. One coat followed by Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top will give a glass-like finish to your manicure. Try it over our neon shades for a graffiti-like look.
