Apply this product over any nail polish to create a matte finish! For best results, use over a very dry polish or a dry layer of quick-dry top coat. Apply a layer in as few strokes as possible for a smooth, velvet look!

THE BEST
I was never much into mattes until I tried this over the Seas the Day neons. It looks fantastic and doesn't dull the underlying colors at all. Most importantly (to me), it is soooooooo smooth! I can't stop looking at and touching my nails.

Love it!!!
I love this top coat. It makes any polish matte and sometimes can make them seem like a new polish completely! Very cute with stamping too.

Dual purpose top coat!
Not only is this a great matte top coat, this is a great smoothing layer for glitter or textured polishes. I put this on prior to Clearly On Top, and everything is silky smooth!

Very cool!
Gives such a cool finish to my nails, I love it! My polish lasts a solid week with this top coat, and it gives such a gorgeous look!
