I've not had need to interact with their customer service but have no doubt they are wonderful as well. I can't say ANYTHING bad about KB Shimmer. I dont even look at ordering from anyone else anymore because they have everything! They have the best glitter cruelly mixes, the BEST magnetic polishes, I ordered my first linear holographic polishes here, and now I just ordered from the New Lounging Around Reflective collection. I'm ALWAYS ordering nailpolish I don't need! You can't find better quality, and the prices have stayed reasonable.
Plus The customer service is above and beyond. I can't say enough about much I LOVE KBShimmer

I purchased the lounge collection because I could not pick a favorite. I received my order super fast!!! Am glad I ordered the whole collection. I absolutely love every color in person. The pictures do them no Justice. Customer service is great as well. You get an email on top of a tracking number when they are shipped and delivered.

Saw your ad on the internet. The polish was so pretty (no illusions) got my order so fast and people commented on it all the time. Well, I've ordered four of the other colors. I'm in love with your polishes!! Keep them coming, people love seeing my polish turn different colors according to the light...lol
