Every polish wearer needs a good base coat. Fillin' Groovy is a base coat that acts like double-sided sticky tape. It helps to create a long-lasting bond between the nail and polish while filling ridges for smooth application. It also helps prevent staining.
This is the 4oz refill bottle. Bottle will come with a yorker cap for easy refilling. We recommend storing with the regular cap on to reduce evaporation. This bottle will refill the regular bottle with brush 8 times (regular bottle not included).
