It’s like a night sky full of stars! I really love the jelly base with holo glitter theme that Kbshimmer has going. This one reminds me of what I always wanted Essie Starry Starry Night to be 🙂

When you get this on your nails, it looks just like the night sky. The small glitters look like holographic twinkling stars swimming in the blue base. This is a must have for anybody!!! If you don’t have this, you need to put it in your cart!
