Wholesale Resale Account Requirements
KBShimmer products are available to brick and mortar stores for resale. Products are not allowed to be sold online without approval, but may be listed online as available for purchase in a brick and mortar store.
A business license, tax id, or other proof of business is required.
All products will be branded with the KBShimmer brand. Private label and drop shipping are not available.
An opening order of $250 excluding shipping is required, and there is a 3 per sku minimum for each item ordered. Reorders have a $75 minimum.
Wholesale In-House-Use Account Requirements
KBShimmer products are available to licensed salons and licensed hair and nail technicians for use on clients without retail sales. Products are not allowed to be resold, or sold online without approval, but may be listed online as available for use in a brick and mortar store.
A business license, tax id, or other proof of business is required.
All products will be branded with the KBShimmer brand.
An opening order of $75 excluding shipping is required. Reorders have a $75 minimum.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be filled. Orders over $1000 may require extra time. An expected ship date for orders falling outside of the 3-5 business day turnaround time will be sent within 24-72 hours of the order being placed.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all orders via FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the rates set by FedEx. Shipping notifications are sent to your provided email.
If your order is refused, or returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyer's expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
International Orders
We cannot ship nail polish outside of the US, including APO AE, APO AP, etc addresses. If you choose to use a freight forwarding service, please be aware that many will not accept nail polish. Boxes will be marked ORM-D.
Payment
KBShimmer is happy to accept PayPal and major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) payments. Credit cards are processed when the order is placed.
Net Terms
Approved accounts only. Payments are due within 30 days of receipt of delivery. A 2% late fee will be charged for payments received after due date. Late fee will accrue monthly. Returns, Damaged Items, Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and the shipping information on your order.
Returns will be accepted within 15 days of order being received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items at the KBShimmer warehouse. KBShimmer does not accept returns of used, opened, or discontinued items.
Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items
Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen. If we are unable to fill part of your order, we will contact you via email or phone within three business days. If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within stated shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
