On Cloud Wine is a red-leaning grape jelly polish filled with shifting flakes that morph from shades of teal, to purple and fuchsia. This shade deepens in color with coats, so it’s best in 2-3.
Base: 5-Free
Notes: For best results, follow with a quick-dry top coat like Clearly On Top.

Sorry -- pun intended. Seriously, this is a gorgeous purple polish for all you fans of the color purple. The color is deep and stunning. The polish goes on smoothly like a charm. I used a base coat (Fillin' Groovy) plus a solid polish (Soul Deep) plus two coats of this jelly (On Cloud Wine). Honestly, I don't think I needed the solid polish -- two or three coats of this color alone would have sufficed. Beautiful sparkle, deep dramatic color. Love!
